1. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY REGISTRATION?
We will check your registration and you will receive an E-MAIL within 5 days AFTER your initial registration.
You will receive all the necessary payment and fan club information that you need. You will also get an ID that is very important for the payment.
Use this ID in the payment subject. It helps us match your payment to your registration.
2. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY PAYMENT IS DONE?
As soon as we receive your payment, you will shortly after be approved for the fan club section of the forum (only viewable to registered fan club members and which will have new, cool stuff exclusively for the fan club members) and for the whole fan club.
Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 5-7 days for it to go through. We suggest that you pay with PAYPAL, which is the safest and fastest way to pay. After your payment has gone through, you will be approved within 5 days for the fan club. Please notice that you will not get a confirmation of us when your payment has gone through.
3. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE GOODIES PACKAGE?
Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery of your Vicious Circle Membership Package depending on where you live. We will do our best to ship it as fast as possible.
4. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Up to 4 EUR / 6 USD for Germany, 6 EUR / 9 USD for European Countries, 8 EUR / 12 USD for all Countries outside Europe.
5. CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Yes, you can. But there will be no refunds offered.
6. WHAT IS THIS PERSONAL ID?
It's your personal unique Vicious Circle ID. It helps us match your payment to your registration. Your Vicious Circle ID is only for personal use. Do not share your accout information with others.
Violation of this policy will result in termination of your Vicious Circle account. No refund will be offered.
